Bad appraisals from not-qualified individuals or appraisals that are obviously inflated will NOT BE ACCEPTED.

If we like the deal we will require a combination of the following information:  Address and pictures of the real estate; Original purchase price; As is value; Pre-sold value (if applicable) and a copy one of the contracts for pre-solds; Any applicable current lien information; Detailed list of use of funds including construction budget if applicable; How long the funds will be required; Exit strategy; Resume of principles (to determine experience level); Personal Net Worth Statement;

           Do not submit requests for 100% financing unless you can cross
                   collateralize with other commercial real estate.
